Fishing at Moose Range Lodge

We are nestled within 10 KMs of seven freshwater lakes that offer excellent opportunities for Walleye fishing, as well as fishing for Pike and Perch. Townsend Lake is right in our backyard, just a few feet away. We provide our cabin patrons with a boat dock (for parking but no launching) at this beautiful lake.

Other nearby freshwater lakes include Isbister, Stark, Elbow, Spirit, Woody, and Smallfish. Popular choices for anglers also include Armit and Pikeral Lakes, both located in Manitoba, which require a Manitoba fishing license. These Outback Lakes can be accessed only by quad or sled.

Fishing remains good here all year-round. For those interested in ice fishing, access in winter is strictly via sled due to the heavy snow—trucks are not permitted.
